The Puerto Banus Apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge/dining area, kitchen, utility balcony and a terrace.

The Lounge

The extremely spacious lounge is air­conditioned and features double French windows which lead onto the terrace. It has a dining table and chairs for 6 people, a sideboard with a selection of dining ware, a three­seater sofa and a three­seater sofa­bed. As well as the widescreen satellite TV, DVD, CD/IPOD player we keep a small selection of films, games, and CDs plus a good selection of reading material about the local area including the golf courses of the Costa Del Sol and local spanish cuisine.

The Terrace

There is a large terrace with views to the pool and garden area. There is a table anc chairs for 6 people and a seperate lounging area with two armchairs and two seater sofa. Perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

 The Kitchen And Utility Balcony

The kitchen is modern and superbly finished. As this is our family apartment it is well equipped with appliances ­ including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave. There are a wide range of utensils and cooking equipment so if you are feeling like being a domestic god or goddess on holiday you won't be without the tools. There is a separate utility balcony at the back off the kitchen that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The apartment has two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The Master bedroom has French windows leading on to the terrace and a large en­suite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi bath, power shower, wc and bidet. The second bedroom is also a twin and has the second bathroom just outside. This bathroom also has double sink, bath, shower, wc and bidet. Each bedroom features built­ in wardrobe, drawer storage and plenty of hanging space.

The Complex

The apartment is set within a private complex with extremely well tended award winning gardens. There are two pools with sun loungers for residents use. The apartment is protected by security gates and is manned by very helpful, friendly staff. There is also an underground garage where the apartment comes with space for one car.
